Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

– Books & Music: Due to the nature of printed and digital products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
– Process: To request a replacement, email lori@little-branches.com with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of receiving your package.
– Refunds/Replacements: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, or a replacement will be shipped at no cost.
